I like the concept of having a tripod built in, but wouldn’t you be constantly kicking one of the outrigger weights when you’re walking? Unless you hold it out at arms length, but I have to imagine that’s going to be hard with an 8 pound camera on it. But have a look, it might be what you’re looking for.
Just as an aside here: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. If you’re going to be selling products to video professionals, your credibility goes to zero if your demo videos aren’t well done. His demo to show counterbalancing is shot in front of a white wall with a light on it, and he and the rig are dark/silhouetted. Really?
